  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    • Do not include IELTS in the CV
    • To cover any gaps, add voluntary work and provide service letters
    • A/L – Date should be start after O/L year to the date that they done A/L
    • O/L – The date should be started from the beginning of grade 11 till the end of grade 11
    • There should not be a gap in studies or work experience for more than 6 months
    • CV should be in mm/yyyy format and without gaps for more than 04 months
    • Two referees’ details should include the name, position, company, address, contact number, and email address (One academic and the other has to be professional.)
    • Do not keep the photograph blank (Please, provide it, if not referred.)
    • An individual document should be less than 3Mb
  2. Passport
    • The passport must be a valid one
    • As per the sample detail page, the 3rd page is needed for the admission process
    • All expired passports and visa pages needed for the visa process
    • The expiration date should be checked prior to starting the process
    • Each document is to be separately scanned and named according to the document subject
    • An individual document should be less than 3Mb
    • Fully coloured and sized scans of the originals
  3. Birth and Marriage certificates
    • The birth and marriage certificates must be a valid and original one, and it has to be translated into the English language by a sworn translator
    • The document should be scanned and named according to the document subject, and the purple stamp should be visible
    • An individual document should be less than 3Mb
    • Fully coloured and sized scans of the originals
  4. Academic certificates and transcripts
  5. For Bachelor's programs:

    • O/L and A/L certificates approved by Foreign Ministry
    • Foundation certificate and transcript – if any
    • Diploma certificates and transcripts – if any
    • English requirement (IELTS, PTE, etc.)

    For Master's programs:

    • O/L and A/L certificates approved by Foreign Ministry
    • Foundation certificate and transcript – if any
    • Diploma certificates and transcripts – if any
    • Bachelor certificates and transcripts – if any
    • Master certificates and transcripts – if any
    • English requirement (IELTS, PTE, etc.)
  6. Work experience reference letters
    • Most recent service letters (taken within 06 months) are acceptable for offer but previous reference letters will be required later for the visa application.
  7. Recommendation letters
    • Letters that verify your work status, performance, and professionalism; these recommendations must state that the student is eligible to enrol in a university program for higher education
  8. Statement of purpose (Under our guidelines)
    • The document has to be drafted according to career and academic focus, explaining the in-depth intention of selecting the UK for higher studies
  9. Confirmation of acceptance for studies (CAS)
    • A mandatory document that would be issued by the university, and it is required for the student’s visa process
